Show I Death Ruled Possible Overdose of Pills The death of Elinor , Holly Anderson whose body was found Sunday near Cisco has been attributed at-tributed fey Dr. Serge ' Moore, State Medical Medi-cal Examiner, as a pos- i sible overdose of sleeping pUls. (Grand County Sheriff W. H. Bowman said that .the Aspen, Colo, woman 'had apparently been dead for about one week when a Grand Junction, Colo, couple, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Hastings, found her body about 2:30 p.m. The Hastings were out for a Sunday drive and had stopped at the Har-ley's Har-ley's Dome scenic overlook over-look of 1-70 near the Utah-Colorado Utah-Colorado state line. Her car was in the parking lot and her body was found about 100 feet away under a cliff. Sheriff Bowman said, she had been sitting on a boulder and apparently keeled over. A check by Sheriff Bowman Bow-man with Aspen police shows the woman had been the object of an intensive search since Feb. 27, the date when she was last seen. Mrs. Anderson was a registered nurse and had been employed at the Aspen As-pen Valley Hospital, according ac-cording to Detective Garms of the Aspen Police. Po-lice. The Andersons had lived in Denver before moving to Aspen about 2-12 years ago, but were originally from the East. Survivors include her husband, Paul, and three sons. |
