Show Tabiona Woman Elected County D.U.P. President Mrs. Grace Giles, of Tabiona, was elected president of the Du- chesne County Daughters of Utah Pioneers at the annual county convention con-vention held at Myton Saturday. She succeeds Mrs. Ora Holgate, of Arcadia. Other officers chosen at the convention are: Grace Larsen, Ar-'cadia, Ar-'cadia, first vice-president; Twila Rhoades, Tabiona, secretary-treasurer; Ida D. Horrocks, Arcadia, registrar; Florence Roberts, Hanna, Han-na, historian; Arlene Gilbert, Arcadia, Ar-cadia, organist; Rella LeFevre, Tabiona, chorister; Arwell P. Moon, Duchesne, custodian of relics; rel-ics; Maxine W. Burdick, Duchesne, auditor; Bernice Young, Tabiona, parlimentarian. Holdover officers are Elva Lis-onbee, Lis-onbee, Bridgeland, second vice-president; vice-president; Myrtle L. Wilcken, Duchesne, Du-chesne, chaplain. The new officers were installed directly after the election. |
