Show Notice Of Special Bond Election The Board of Education of Duchesne County School District, Dis-trict, Duchesne County, State of Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY HERE-BY GIVEN, that a special election elec-tion will be held in Duchesne County School District, Duchesne Du-chesne County, State of Utah, on the 27th day of May, 1952, at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voters who have paid a property proper-ty tax within said district, during dur-ing the year next preceding such election, the following question, to-wit: "Shall the Board of Education Edu-cation of Duchesne County School District, Duchesne County, Stale of Utah, be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the district in the amount of Four Hundred Nineiy-Thxee Thousand Dollars, Dol-lars, ($493,000.00), in the denomination de-nomination of One Thousand Thou-sand Dollars ($1,000.00) each, numbered one (1) to four hundred ninety-three (433), both inclusive, the bonds to bear interest al a rale not to exceed three per cent (3) per annum, and lo mature in not to exceed twenty (20) years from the dale of the bonds, for the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sites, for building or purchasing one or more school houses and supplying the same with furniture and necessary neces-sary apparatus, and for improving im-proving Ihe grounds?" The voting at such election shall be by ballot, which ballots bal-lots will be furnished by the Clerk of the Board of Education Educa-tion of Duchesne County School District to the Judges of Election, Elec-tion, to be by them furnished to the qualified voters. The polls at each polling place shall be opened at the. I hour of 7:00 o'clock A.M., and j will be kept open until the hour ! of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at which hour they shall be closed. I No person shall be permitted to vote at said election unless he shall be a registered voter residing: in the School Representative Repre-sentative Precinct in which he offers to vote and shall have paid a property tax in said school district during the year next preceding such election.
