Show ay Tax Sale Of Property Set For Friday Fifteen parcels of land are advertised ad-vertised for sale by the county at 10 a. m. on May 23, at the final tax sale for 1952. Bidding for the parcels and the sale will be conducted at the front door of the courthouse in Duchesne. Only four parcels of range land are included in those listed for final tax sale. Townsite lots listed are ten in Duchesni. twenty eight in Myton, and one in Midview. Last year seventeen parcels were listed for the final tax sale. This final tax sale is conducted conduct-ed annually by the- county auditor aud-itor to sell all real estate sold to the county at preliminary sale not previously redeemed or sold at private sale, and upon up-on which the period of redemption redemp-tion expired on March 31 No bid for less than the total amount of taxes, interest, penalty pen-alty and costs, which are a charge upon the real estate, will be accepted, states Porter L. Merrell, who will conduct the sale. |
