Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. Stute (engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 9, 1911. Notice Is hereby given that Thomas Singleton et a', whose postoffice address ad-dress is American Fork, Utah, have made application In accordance with the requirements of the Complied Laws or Utah, 1907, as amended by the Section Laws of Utah, 19011, and 1911, to appropriate twelve (12) cubic feet of water per second from Warm Creek. Millard County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 475 feet nortli of the south quarter corner of Section 32. Township Town-ship 15 south, Range 19 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, from where It will be conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of approximately 18.4S0 feet and there used during the period from April 1 to October 31, inclusive, of each year, to Irrigate 830 acres of laud embraced In Sections Sec-tions 4 and 9, Township 10 south,! flange 19 west, nnd Sections 27 and 34, Township 15 south, Range 19 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application Is designated In the State Engineer's office as No. SSiVJ. All protests aguinst the granting of said application, 'stating the reasons therefor, must be made by nITidavit In duplicate and filed In tills office within thirty Oil days after the completion of tho publication of this notice.
