Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 9, 1911. Notice Is hereby given that Thomas Singleton et al, whose postofflep address ad-dress Is American Fork, Utah, have made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Lawa of Utah, 1907, as amended hy the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate five (5) cubic feet of water per second from Warm Creek. Millard County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies north 714 feet from the southwest corner of Section 33, Town-Bhip Town-Bhip 15 south, Range, 19 west. Salt Lake base and meridian, from where It will be conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 14,000 feet and there used during the period from April 1 to October 31, Inclusive, of each year, to Irrigate 300 acres of land embraced In Sections 33 and 34, Township 15 south.
