Banks, Las Vegas; Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Grames and Dr. and Mrs. Reed Heywood, Hey-wood, Salt Lake; Mr. and Mrs, Richard Heywood, Las Vegas; Mr. and Mrs. Gam Heywood, Conoga Park, Calif.; Miss Ro-lene Ro-lene Girard, Provo; and Mr. and Mrs. Karl Heywood and Mr. and Mrs. Kay Heywood of Panguiteh. Coming from Mercedes, Tex. as for the reception were Mr. and Mrs. Milner and four children. The bridegroom had baptised the entire family while he was in Texas on a LDS mission. Pre-nuptial parties for the bride were given by Misses t Elaine Spencer, LaVawn Pet- erson, Micky MacFarlane, Mis. Gloria Campbell, Mrs. Judy ' Ruper, and Mrs. Kathryn Wilson. Wil-son. A Trousseau Tea was given by the mother of the bride. The St. George LDS Temple was the setting for vows exchanged ex-changed between Miss Christine Chris-tine Dotson and Robert Heywood Hey-wood on July 10. President Rudger C Atkin officiated at the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Dot-son Dot-son of Parowan, and the bridegroom bride-groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Austin Heywood, Cedar City. Musical numbers were given by Marianne Beck, Mor. ris and Cleo Wood, Richard Heywood, Melinda Gale and Mel Carter, Melissa Thorley, Dave McClay, Raleno Gerard, Helen Lindsey, and Gary Jensen. Jen-sen. Shirley Whittaker was at the guest book, and LaVawn Peterson, Mickey MacFarlane, and Debbi Duncan took care of the gifts. At the serving table were Mrs. Afton Edwards and Mrs. Atha Abel. Refreshments were served by Misses Cindy and Karen Wiebe, Marianne Beck, Shelly and Susan Wilson, and Memri, Torrie, and Bobbette Heywood. The bride greeted her guests in a gown of bridal satin cov-1 cov-1 ered with a chiffon skirt. The empire bodice and sleeve caps were covered with French lace and the long full sleeves of sheer chiffon had cuffs of matching lace. Her satin and chiffon train and veil of small 1 lacy flowers added to the brid-: brid-: al picture. She carried a cascade cas-cade bouquet of white roses centered with a white orchid. For her going away costume the bride chose a long sleeved White light-weight knit dress with pale orange shoes and jewelery. She carried a white bag. Both mothers wore floor length dresses in pale lavender laven-der crepe trimmed at the neck and cuffs with White sequins. They had dark purple orchid corsages to accent their dresses. dress-es. Miss Elaine Spencer was 1 maid of honor and Mrs. Judy Wilson Ruper was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Mary Louise Robinson and Barbara Willis Corry. Jr. Bridesmaids were Misses Debi Maxwell, Elizabeth Edwards, Ed-wards, and Rochelle Grames. Miss Suzanne Sargent was the flower girl. ! Ushering was done by Dave McClay, Dave Caanan, Arthur Challis, Brad Isom, Dennis Marchant, Paul Dotson, Rick Dotson and Donnie Beck. j Best Man was Steve Piatt. Grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. lenry Dotson and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Merryweather, stood in line and welcomed guests. Both grandmothers wore floor length lavender dresses with orchid corsages. , The bride's attendants were I dressed in lavender floor I length gowns covered wif'il soft flocked nylon with multicolored multi-colored flowers. They held tiny parasols with flowers coming from the brim and flowers in their hair. The ushers wore tuxedos with lavender boutonnieres. Throughout the reception background music was played by Audrey Beck at the organ |
