Show Mrs.Wm. J.Wilcock Dies in Fillmore, Buried in Parowan Graveside services were held in Parowan Saturday at 2:30 p. m. for Mrs. Thelma R. Wil-cock, Wil-cock, 66, wife of William J. Wilcock, who died from cancer at her home in Fillmore on June 29. Funeral for Mrs. Wilcock, a former resident of this city, were held at 11 a. m. Saturday Satur-day in the Fillmore Third Ward LDS Chapel under the direction of the Olpin Mortuary, Mortu-ary, who then brought the body here for burial services, conducted by Bishop Murray Davies with the dedication of the grave by a son-in-law,, Elvin G. Mitchell. The deceased was born In Colonia, Diaz, Chihuahua, Mex. ico, Oct. 17, 1900 to Heber C. and Caroline Norton Rowley. The family moved to Parowan following the Mexican revolution revolu-tion in 1916 and she married William Jewel Wilcock here Sept. 16, 1920. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. They resided resid-ed In Parowan for many years before moving to Fillmore. She was an active member of the LDS Church. Surviving are her husband; daughters: Mrs. Elvin G. (Merinda) Mitchell, Brigham City; Mrs. Richard H. (Ilena) Bradford, Salt Lake City; grandchildren, brother and sisters: Lorin H., Ogden; Mrs. Harold Whitaker, Hatton, Millard Mil-lard Co.; Mrs. Jesse Holt, Brig-ham Brig-ham City; Mrs. Clarence Wilson, Wil-son, Elmo, Utah; Mrs. Earl Buckner, Provo; Mrs. J. K. Cul-bertson, Cul-bertson, West Jordan. |
