Paving Progress The small fire at the Moran asphalt plant bust, night caused a little delay In the paving work on Washington avenue this morn Ing and because of that it is likely that the asphalt gang will not reach Hudson avenue earlier than 12 noon tomorrow. The binder Is laid on the last block of paving for Washington avenue and It will be comparatively easy to lay the asphalt in a day's time, which will bring the workers to Hudson avenue.
