Show Red Cross Drive Meets Success; Quota Is Expected According to Mrs. Les Mul-lins, Mul-lins, of Roosevelt, Duchesne county Red Cross Roll Call chairman, the campaign is progressing pro-gressing very satisfactorily, with workers in all Communities doing do-ing their jobs. Mrs. .Mullins was officially appointed county director di-rector last Thursday by Ray L. Alston, field director for the Red Cross in Utah, who was in the county on that date. In addition to Mrs. Mullins, the county officers include Mrs. Grant Killian, Roosevelt, secretary-treasurer; Mrs. Leo Hancock, Han-cock, Roosevelt, home service chairman for East Duchesne county, and L. G. Coleman, of Duchesne, holds the some position po-sition for West Duchesne Mrs. Mullins expressed her pleasure in commending those I who are conducting the mercy drive and encourages those who might be missed and who want to make a contribution to mail or give their contributions to one of the above officers, or contact con-tact the local director. In the Roosevelt area, a report re-port from Mrs. Parley Rawlings, campaign director for east Duchesne Du-chesne county, indicates that workers have been out and anticipate anti-cipate that the $450 quota will be raised by Saturday. Addi-. tional workers in the Roosevelt area are Mrs. Louis Laris and Mrs. Frank Yack. At loka, the campaign is being directed by Mrs. Tom Gentry. |
