Show A P-TA Project ........ Home Rflalting Course Planned For Summer . Any adults interested in Adult Home Making classes will have I an opportunity to participate in such a course this spring1, it was announced this week by Mrs. Gilbert McKenna, president of the Parent-Teachers Assn. All interested persons are invited in-vited to attend the P.T.A. meeting meet-ing slated for April 5. where Home. Making classes will be organized. Since many adults I have requested a dressmaking course, this class will be offered providing at least twenty wom-en wom-en register for it. Additional ;home making classes will be included in-cluded in the course if twenty or more plan to take such classes. class-es. Courses which have proved 'popular in other communities include: Family Fun, Meeting jthe Sex Education of Children, Low Cost Meals, Money Manage-'ment Manage-'ment and Inflation, Understanding Understand-ing Teen-agers, The Up-To-Date Hostess, Wise Every Day Buying.' Buy-ing.' and Management for New-lyweds. New-lyweds. 1 Classes will be held at the Home Economics room at the Roosevelt high school. The dates and time for these classes will be decided by the various groups. Mrs. Ruth Young, who has had . considerable teaching experience ex-perience in high schools through-'out through-'out Utah and at the B.Y.U.. where she received her degree, will direct the courses. Mrs. Young received her masters degree de-gree from Colorado A. & M. |
