ASSAULT WITH DEADLY WEAPON IS CHARGED M, Louder, a negro, was arrosted at 11 o'clock last night by Patrolman J. W. McKenna and booked on tho charge of assault with a deadly weapon. Ander Storwallls accompanied the patrolman and his prisoner to the station, where he exhibited ex-hibited his coat, which had been slashed from tho shoulder to the elbow with a knife. According to Storwallls. who Is employed em-ployed by P. J. Moran, the negro passod him near tho corner of Fifth West apd Second South street and spoke. Patrolman McKenna Mc-Kenna was just across the street when the trouble occurred.
