Purpose of Prosecution. lloche declined to give the purpose of this work, but It falls In lino with the lead opened up by Attorney Marshall Woodworth for tho defense, who allowed testimony to get Into the case concerning concern-ing Camlnettl's alleged escapades with young girls In Sacramento. It was brought out In court two days ago that Camlncttl had been warned by probation officers In Sacramento and that many complaints hud been made against him. This Information never would have crept into the trial had not Woodworth been too prompt on one of the witnesses, a probation officer. Now that tho door has been opened, Roche proposes to unveil un-veil the whole thing.
