Tuesday, Tues-day, September 9. 1913, for grading between be-tween curbs and constructing bitullthlc pavement on the south drive of Second South street, between Elizabeth and Twelfth East streets, paving extension No. 76, section 2; for grading, constructing construct-ing curb and gutter and bitullthlc pavement pave-ment on Eleventh East street from Ninth South street, to Yale avenue: for grading between curbs and constructing bitullthlc pavement on Tale avenue between Eleventh Elev-enth and Fifteenth East streets, and for grading, constructing curb and gutter and paving with Utah rock asphaU. Mnth South street from Ninth East street to Eleventh East street paving extension No. 91; for grading, constructing construct-ing curb and gutter and paving with Utah rock asphalt Highland Park drive from Twelfth South stroet to Thirteenth ' South street, paving extension No. 92; and for constructing a pipe sewer on Eleventh East street from Ninth South street to Yale avenue and on Yale avenue ave-nue from Eleventh East street to Fifteenth Fif-teenth East street, sewer extension No. 32G, according to plans on file in the office of the city engineer. Instructions to bidders, together with Dlans and specifications and forms for contract and bond, are on filo in tho city engineer's office, and copies will be furnished fur-nished on receipt of a deposit of five (5.00) dollars for each extension.
