OCR Text	Show INSPECTOR DRIVEN ASHORE BY CHINESE LOS ANGELES, Cal Aug. 31. United States Immigration Inspector Miller was driven ashore today by Chincso seamen of the British steamer Lord Lonsdale in Los Angeles harbor. He had had an altercation al-tercation with a Chlncee regarding the signing of a report sheet. Blows lod Miller to draw an automatic pistol, but he was provented from firing by Captain Forstor of tho Lonsdale. Port Pilot Krog hustled the Inspector to tho plank, avoiding a rush of tho Chinese sailors armed with knives and chunks of coal.
