Former Officer Testifies. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. Sept. 18. Don W. McDonald, former special officer of the Ogden police po-lice department, who was brought to this city from Los Angeles to testify, was the principal witness for the city today in the trial of Fred M. Tout, proprietor of t he Senate saloon, charged with the Illegal Il-legal sale of liquor. On the appeal of the defendant, who was convicted in the municipal court, the case Is being tried before a Jury in Judge N. J. Harris's division di-vision of the district court.
