Show I 1 1 : ; NOTICE. j Public notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of September, 1915, the following fol-lowing order was entered in the district court of Salt Lake county, Utah, In the suit pending in said court, entitled: In the district court of the Third judicial judi-cial district, state of Utah, in and for the county of Salt Lake. The Mountain & Valley Exploitation company, a corporation, plaintiff, vs. j the Mosida Fruit Lands company, a cor-i cor-i poration, defendant. ORDER. I And now, to wit, on the 1st day of I September. 1915, the petition of the re- celver in said cause, praying that the court limit the time within which cred-i cred-i itors shall present their respective claims against the Mosida Fruit Lands company and the Moskht Irrigation company, and which will bar ail creditors failing so to do within the time limit from participating partici-pating in the distribution of the assets of said corporations, -coming on regularly to be heard, and the court being fully-advised fully-advised In the premises, the following order or-der is made: That all creditors of the Mosida Fruit Lands company and the Mosida Irriga-I Irriga-I tlon company submit their claims against i said companies or either of them to this court by filing the same, fully itemized, I with the clerk of this coutt at the city ' and countv building. Salt Lake City, t Utah, within ninety days from the date of this order, subject to such further order or-der of the court as may be just and proper as to pioof and settlement thereof, there-of, and that all claims of creditors not ! so presented within said time be deemed ' invalid and barred from participation in any distribution of assets of said companies com-panies or either of them among their respective re-spective creditors. And it la further ordered that the re-C re-C elver give notice of this order, by registered regis-tered mail to all creditors of said companies com-panies whose addresses he may have, and tha t he also publish said notice In n newspaper published and of general circulation In Salt Lake City, Utah, for three successive weeks in each issue thereof.
