Show RAZOR COKI TO BEGIN A WlH Utah Company Hopes to Meet With Success Here as Elsewhere. Running counter to precedent, the De-Vine De-Vine Safety Razor oompanv. a L'tah corporation, cor-poration, capital, capitalists and invention, inven-tion, after trying its product out and successfully suc-cessfully establishing it in other states, has now planned a campaign to win a similar success at home with the shaving shav-ing device. One reason for this course was "to make the razor's success elsewhere first, then come to Utah and offer an article that had a prestige which could not be denied. Another thingthe Utah concern was bold enough lo do the unconventional. The company was Incorporated here on December 2, 1913, with a capital of $1,000,000. divided into 100.000 shares at $10 each. The officers and directors are Salt Lake and Ogden people. J. H. De-Vine De-Vine of Ogden is president. He was the owner of the invention, which promises to become a national boon because of its advantages over others. He is also an associate in the law firm of Bovd, De-Vtne De-Vtne & Ecclea. J. N. Spargo is vice president. He is head of the firm nf his nam Royal Ec- ies is secretary. He is a son of the late David Eccles of Ogden and closelv identified identi-fied with large interests In Htah and other western states, c. A.
