Show IN THE JUVENILE COURT. The Juvenile Court authorities of this District have been kept very-busy very-busy of late. A number of boys have been handled for various offenses. of-fenses. The most common evil that the Court has to contend with is the tobacco habit among young men. The North Sanpete High School is making a splendid fight aginst this very thing. Their aim Is to eliminate elimin-ate entirely from the school, the cig-aret. cig-aret. Boys are being taken into Court almost daily, reasoned with, and admonished to desist in this terrible ter-rible practice. Boys are fined occasionally occa-sionally when kindness and admonition admoni-tion arc not effective. The Court means to fight the tobacco demon to the end, and therefore solicits the cooperation co-operation of the parents, also all business houses dealing in tobacco- The bicycle ordinance is being ignored ig-nored by some. Bicycle riders must dismount when meeting anyone on the sidewalks, or suffer the penaUy. A number of burglaries have been committed within the last month. The most serious one is that of a young man who has been robbing the U. S. mails. He entered the post office of one of the the cities of this district,' receiving a loiter containing con-taining if 126 in checks. He successfully suc-cessfully passed $4 9 of these checks before he was apprehended. He is now getting a splendid course in discipline at the State industrial School at Ogden. ARTHUR O.
