Miss Mary Ann Hansen of St. Anthony, An-thony, Ida., is visiting friends in Mt Pleasant. Mrs. Frank Jensen of Ephraim was the guest of her mother, Mrs. Pace this week. Miss Addie Anderson entertainec at a birthday luncheon Wednesdaj afternoon. Covers were placed foi six. Mrs. A. Merz entertained at dinnei Tuesday for Miss Mary Ann Hansen and Miss Annie Johansen. Covers were placed for eight. Miss Ida Larsen returned to Mt. Pleasant Friday from Vernal, Utah, where she has been engaged as a teacher during the year. Mrs. Leslie Lund and son Truxton of Ephraim were the guests of Mrs. Lund's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Zabriskie, during the week. Mrs. Clay Quinn and daughter Clay returned to their home at Ephraim Eph-raim Monday after a several weeks' visit with Mrs. Quinn's mother, Mrs. Jacob Bigler, in this city. . The Public School faculty: J. Elmer El-mer Johansen, Vern ri. Gunflferson, Tiessa L. Ericksen, Eva Simpson, 'Eleanor 'El-eanor Clemensen, Pearl Jorgensen, Kate Ericksen, Arcilee Barnett, Isa Sumsion and Floss Staker enjoyed a pleasant hike to the Waldemar reservoirs res-ervoirs Thursday afternoon after school.
