Show CLOSING PROGRAM GIVEN 11V SEMINARY SI I DENTS The North Sanpete Slake Seminary Semin-ary closed its year's work this week. Thursday evening a program was given giv-en at the North Ward chapel to com--in en) orate Ihe closing event. There were in attendance Dr. George II. Brimhall of the H. Y. University of. Provo, and Prof. Guy C. Wilson of Ihe L. D. S. college of Salt Lake City. Dr. Briinhull gave some explanatory remarks about. Ihe. "Dal tie Hymn of Ihe Republic" which was sung by Ihe sludenls. He gave, an cloquenl address ad-dress on Religion and I'al rial.ism. He urged the young people to be full-grown full-grown Americans, so they could sing the Star Spangled Banner all the way through. Another song rendered by the students was "He Will Forgive." Miss Goldie Neilson sang ".My Liltle Gray Home in Ihe West." A quartet of girls sang "Little Boy Blue." Prof., Guy C. Wilson spoke of the greal ambition of the boys in Ihe seivicq. Mr related a story of eight Mormon boys who were called upon by their commanding officer lo con-duel con-duel funeral servti-s for a comrade who had died. A duel was given la-Miss la-Miss Ruby Graham and another Fairvie.w girl, and the meeting was closed by Miss Rulh Candiand. Following the program a dame was given at the Armory liall. James L.
