Show Polio Vaccine Now Available for County Salk polio vaccine in adequate ade-quate quantity to immunize all eligible persons in Eastern Bea-" I ver County has been received by Dr. E. S. McQuarrie, it was announced this week, and Dr. McGuarrie has arranged for special clinics to administer the vaccine to eligible persons desiring de-siring it. In addition to administering the immunizations during regular regu-lar office hours on Sept. 10 and 12, and on Sept. 17 and 19. Dr. McQuarrie's office will be open in the evenings on those days, between. 7:30 and 9 o'clock to give the shots to farmers and others unable to attend during regular office hours. Immunizaions are still available avail-able in Milford, and will be given during regular office hours at the Beaver County Clinic. It was pointed out that no bookkeeping will be done on the polio shots, which will be $1 each, payable when they are received. All persons from infants to 40 years of age are eligible to receive the shots. |
