Show MILFORD Society Clubs MISS LORNA HARRIS, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Goodwin of Minersville, and Mr. Boyd White, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank B. White of Milford, were united in marriage marri-age August 24th in the Minersville Miners-ville L D S Relief Society room with Bishop Marshall Hollings-head Hollings-head officiating. A reception followed the weddinj? ceremony. For the nuptial occasion Mrs. Sally Smith was matron of honor, hon-or, and Miss Kathy Harris, sister sis-ter of the bride, "and Miss Cora Lee Gibson and Miss G;iyle Edwards, Ed-wards, bridesmaids. Janet Harris,, sister of the bride, was flower girl, and Norman Nor-man Yount, nephew of the groom, acted as junior usher. Neil Smyth performed best man duties, with Richard Easton, Phillip Nelson and Leland Beard as ushers. For their wedding trip the newlyweds chose Grand Canyon Can-yon National Park. They will make their home in Cedar City where Mr. White will enroll for his sophomore "car at C S U. a Mr. and Mrs. Albert B. Smith and little daughter Valorie Marie spent several days in Milford last week. Mr. Smith has been transferred from Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev., to the Titanium Metals laboratories at Toronto. Ohio. THE MARRIAGE of Miss Wilma Aagard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Aagard, and Mr. Eddie Myers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Myers of Minersville, Miners-ville, will take place in Ely, Nev., Thursday, Sept. 5th, in the presence of members of the twr families. An open house' will honor the newlweds in the Milford L D S recreation hall, the evening o'f Sept. 11th. The couple will make their home in Minersville, and Mr. Myers will complete his senior year at Beaver High School. MR. AND MRS. NEWELL CARTER of Minersville announce an-nounce the engagement and approaching ap-proaching marriage of their daughter, Patricia Ann, to Mr. Dale Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theo D. Nelson of Ther-mopoiis, Ther-mopoiis, Wyo. The marriage will take place Sept. 19th at the home of the bride's parents, and will be followqd by a reception. Monday dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Pitchforth were Mr. and Mrs. Verne Wood and baby daughter o'f Minersville. Labor Day visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. H.
