Show GREENVILLE By MRS. VIVIAN EDWARDS Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Gallagher and family of Parowan visited Friday with Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Fordham, Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Vi-vian Edwards, and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Fordham. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Briggs and family of Salt Lake arrived Saturday evening to visit until Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Fordham, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Briggs, and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Fordham motored to Salt Lake Sunday evening, returning Tuesday with a load of fruit. Mrs. Betty Burr and two daughters of Holiday arrived Wednesday and spent several day with Mrs. Alice Barton and other relatives. Mr. Burr came down Saturday and they all returned re-turned to Holiday on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. West Barton and family of Fillmore spent the week end with Mrs. Alice Barton Bar-ton and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Thompson received word Monday Mon-day from their son Paul that they had a new son, the fourth boy for Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thompson, who live in Winne-mucca, Winne-mucca, Nev. Three sons are staying with the Lawrence Thompsons. Visitors at the Lawrence Thompson home this week included in-cluded Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Thompson of Salt Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Ken Reese, Mrs. Cecil Reese and family, Mrs. Mary IAnn Bentley and son, Mrs. Liza Bonzo and daughter Patsy, all . of Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. Luther Lu-ther Hardy of Milford, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Gillies of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Gillies and son of Beaver, O. J. Griffiths, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Horton of Salt Lake, Bill Reese and wife of Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Ormond Morris and family of Orem, Mr. and Mrs. Evan Burr and daughter of Midvale, visited friends and' relatives here Saturday. Mrs. Amy Prothero of Parowan Paro-wan and Mr. and Mrs. Billy Reese of "Provo visited Mrs. Julia Griffiths Monday. Janice Hawcroft, who spent the summer with Mr. and Mrs. Victor Mott, returned to her home Wednesday. Mrs. Julia Griffiths visited at the R. T. Brown Ranch Monday. Mon-day. Mrs. Myrle Potter and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Victor Mott the past week. Mr. and Mrs. Don Patterson and son David of Pocatello, Idaho, arrived Friday evening to visit Ross Calvert and Mr. and Mrs. David Atkin. They returned re-turned home Monday. Bob Calvert, who is employed at Bryce Canyon, visited here over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Thomas and son of Provo spent the week end with Mrs. Alice Barton Bar-ton and other relatives. Miss Elaine Barton returned to her home in Springville Saturday Sat-urday after spending a week with the Keith Bartons. Mr. and Mrs. Benny Bring-hurst Bring-hurst and family spent the week end with relatives in Cedar City. Maurice Blackner, who has been in Provo, is now employed in Milford and staying with his parents, the J. W. Blackners. |
