Show County 4-H Fair Was Successful A very successful Beaver County 4-H Fair was held in Minersville on Aug. 28 and 29. 4-H Club members from thru-out thru-out the county 'exhibited their clothing articles and foods which they had made during the summer. Winning girls and exhibits were selected to compete com-pete at the State Fair by Judge Theta Johnson, clothing specialist special-ist of the U S U extension service, serv-ice, and leaders from Iron County. Mauri Rollins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Rollins of South Milford, was named winner win-ner in the Style Dress Revue. Judy Murdock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chase Murdock lof Beaver, was winner of the demonstration dem-onstration contest. Mary Yardley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Yardley of Beaver, was winner in the meal preparation contest. These girls will represent Beaver County in these contests at the State Fair next week. Sandra Beard and Marilyn Moore of Milford will present a pantomime at the talent breakfast break-fast at the State Fair. They won this honor at the older 4-H Club cam- in June.
