Odd Fellow Encampment Planned for Milford An Odd Fellows Encampment Lodge will be instituted at Milford Mil-ford on Saturday, Sept. 14, it was announced by R. H. Ruth, of Milford, state publicity director di-rector for the organization. Mr. Ruth explained that the Encampment is a higher order of the Odd Fellows lodge. Three degrees will be conferred con-ferred for charter members by degree teams from Ely and Ma-, Ma-, gill, Nev., Mr. Ruth said. Two degrees will be conferred in the afternoon and the third in the evening.
