Show Mrs. Lucile Gustaveson enter-: tained the members of her club at her home Thursday afternoon. Dainty refreshments were served on small tables centered with spring flowers. After which bridge was played. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Orchard spent Sunday afternoon in Brig-ham Brig-ham City, guests of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Orchard. Mrs. Nellie qhrfctensen of Trenton spent last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eobert Taylor. I LEWISTON : Lewiston Mrs. Robert Taylor entertained at a trousseau in honor of her daughter, Ruby, at her home Sunday, May 22nd between be-tween the hours of two and eight. Mrs. Taylor and Miss Taylor were in the receiving line and Mrs. Nellie Christensen was in charge of the trousseau and gift room. Miss Ruby Taylor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Taylor and Jack Robinson of Franklin, were married, Monday, May 23. Thursday evening Miss Taylor's girls friends surprised her with a kitchen shower. Dainty refreshments refresh-ments were served. Twenty guests were present. Walter, George and Melford Stephensen of California have spent the past week at Le'wiston, because of the illness of their mother, Mrs. Louise Stephensen The boys returned to their homes Saturday. Mrs. Stephensen's condition is very much improved. For the past ten days she has been in the Budge Memorial hospital suffering suffer-ing from asthma complications. If her condition continues to improve im-prove she will return to her home soon. Mr. and Mrs. John McKnight and two children and Miss Mary McKnight were Logan visitors Sunday. |
