Show Errol Flynn Has 'Robin Hood' Role Filmed entirely in Technicolor, "The Adventures of Robin Hood," starring the dashing Errol Flynn, is set to have its local pientiere on Saturday midnight at the Roxy Theatre. I j Flynn, who starred in "Cap-! tain Blood" and "The Charge of ;the light Brigade" heads a cast I of hundreds. The lovely Maid Marian is portrayed por-trayed by the beautiful Olivia de Havilland, Prince John is played by Claude Rains; Sir Guy of Gis-bourne Gis-bourne is brought to the screen by the sleek Basil Rathbone; King Richard the Lion-Hearted is Ian Hunter; Friar Tuck is the rotund Eugene Pallette; and the lovable little John is sturdy Alan Hale. |
