I Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Murie and family of Milford Spent Thanksgiving with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Murle. All of the Murie family that live close around had dinner at th home of Roland Anderson. The descendants of Mr. and Mrs. Myron Jones ate Thanksplv. ing dinner In the church. Those from out of town were Mr. ar d Mrs. LaVon Jones and family from Pocatello. Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mathews and baby from Logan, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Webster from Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Gaylen Matheson and babies bab-ies from Kaysvllle, Mr. and Mrs. Cleon Matheson of Salt Lake City, and from Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Heaton and family, fam-ily, Mr. and Mrs: Edgar Cham-berlain Cham-berlain and children, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Matheson and baby, Mr. and Mrs. Vernile Matheson. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Chris-tensen Chris-tensen and family spent Thanksgiving Thanks-giving over the week end with their family in Ogden. Miss Linda Grlmshaw went to Provo to spend the Thanksglv ing weeks with her sister Barbara, Bar-bara, but owing to the death of their grandfather, Hugh L. Adams, both came home for the funeral. - Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Murie and children of Bountiful spent the week end with the John Crofts family of Pangultch and the Murles at Enoch. Clark Maxwell has his call to go on an L D S mission. He has to be in the mission home in Salt Lake City Jan. a He will la. bor in the Western States Mission. Mis-sion. Clark is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Maxwell. They have another son, Max, who Is on a mission now. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hitelberg of Tooele spent Thanksgiving at the Louis Maxwell home. The young people of the ward went Tobogannlng on Thanksgiving Thanks-giving Day. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Murie report re-port the birth of their 30th grandchild, grand-child, a girl born to Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Murie on Nov. 20, They also report the birth of a great-granddaughter, the child of Klda Applegate Kirkpatrlck cf Los Angeles on Dec. 1. This Is their 13th gTeat-grandchlld. The descendants of Wm. H. Grlmshaw who live here had Thanksgiving dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Grlmshaw. Grlm-shaw. There were quite a few of the members of our ward who attended at-tended the funeral services for Hugh L Adams in Parowan on Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Munson and children from Salt Lake City visited over the holiday week-'end week-'end with Mrs. Munaon's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stanford Jones here and whh Mr. and Mm. LaVar Munson, Bob's parents In Cedar City. The Sunday School class that !"n Matheson has been teaching teach-ing gave him a party on Wednesday Wed-nesday evening at his home. |
