Show Saturday Festivities At College Termed "Carnival" Saturday, December 7, has been designated "Carnival" nt College of Southern Utah. All campus organizations are participating parti-cipating under the direction of Gamma Psl President, Wendell Heaton, Kanab. Activities begin at 8 p. m. in the Main Ballroom and include carnival booths manned by sorority sor-ority and fraternity members. Dancing will be included in the festivities, according to Heaton. During the evening, balloons will be dropped into the crowd. I some of which will contain gift certificates redeemable In downtown down-town Cedar City for nearly $75 worth of prizes. Heaton said a radio will also be awarded at the dance. All persons are Invited to participate par-ticipate in the proceedings and enjoy an evening of fun, said Heaton. "Carnival" Is the theme of Saturday fun and frolic for students of College of Southern Utah. Doris Okerlund, Loa, and Chairman Hans Olson, Salt Lake City, are preparing props for the big event. |
