Show HEWS NOTES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES By Hulda Peterson Mr. and Mrs. B. L. Mathews of Antimony and their daughter La-Rae, La-Rae, who teaches school at Richfield, Rich-field, and their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kay Matheys and small son of Logan, Lo-gan, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle Hulet on Thanksgiving Day. Claud Mttcfarlane and daugh. ter Cherry of Cedar City were Thanksgiving guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Farrow. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Lawrence and three small children made a trip to Logan to visit with Mrs. Lawrence's parents, Mr. and Mrs. William King, for a few days. Mrs. Ella Lawrence, accompanied accompan-ied them to Clearfield to vldt with her son-in-law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Max Reese during the Thanksgiving holiday week end. Mrs. Pauline Neptune of Cedar City was a Thanksgiving Day guest of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hulet. Hu-let. Mr. and Mrs. DeLynn Chamber-lain Chamber-lain visited In Washington, Utah on Thanksgiving. Joe Stapley was home with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Stap-ley, Stap-ley, during the week end. He was accompanied by Miss Patricia Stephens of Cedar City. Kent Perry of San Diego, Calif., was a Thanksgiving guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Humphreys during the Thanks, giving holiday. Mr. and Mrs. John Jones took a trip to the northern part of the state where they spent Thanks giving with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Cline In Salt Lake Cky. They also visited In Provo with Mr. and Mrs. Russel Schenk. Mr. and Mrs. Smith Stapley and children visited with Mr. and Mrs. Bart Stapley on Thanksglv-ing. Thanksglv-ing. Mr. and Mrs. Ardell Walker of Las Vegas spent part of the Thanksgiving holiday week end here with Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Farrow and families. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wasmuth of Cedar City visited at the Hy Humphreys hom Sunday. Mr and Mrs. Bertrand Dallcy were pleased to have Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hulet of St. George, and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hulet of Newcastle enjoy Thanksgiving I Day with them. I Miss Marjorle Farrow and Miss Mary Jane Dalley, who are attending at-tending school in Cedar City, spent a few days at home with their parents last week end. Summit people participating In the Pa rowan Stake Temple session ses-sion Wednesday were Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle Hulet, Bishop and Mrs. Ivan Dalley. John Farrow. Mr. and Mrs. Rav Farrow, Mr. and Mrs. Ardell Walker. Mr. and I Mrs. Boyd Walker and Lyle Far- I row. Mr. and Mrs. Otto P. Dalley and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Davenport and children spent Thanksgiving in Richfield with Mr. and Mrs. Von Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Fife who are spending the winter in St. George spent the week end with their sons, Rudger and Ted Fife and families. Many of our townspeople attended at-tended the funeral services for Hugh L. Adams in Parowan Saturday. Sat-urday. Mrs. Violet Hulet attended a regional welfare meeting at Log. andale, Nev. Saturday.
