Show NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW. SIDEWALK. CURB AND GUTTER AND STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT No. Ill NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment of a tax is to be levied by the City Council of Cedar City, Utah upon the lots and parcels of land to be affected and benefited by the above designated des-ignated improvement, abutting or fronting upon the hereinafter hereinaf-ter named street and to the entire en-tire depth of the same ownership owner-ship back therefrom not exceed-in exceed-in 198 feet and situated within the area described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Block 37. Plat B., Cedar Ce-dar City Town Survey and running thence east 198 feet; thence south 1,220 feet; thence west 198 feet; thence north along the east line of Main Street. 1,220 feet to the place of beginning. ALSO: Beginning at the northeast corner cor-ner of Block 36, Plat B, Cedar City Town Survey and running thence west 198 feet; thence south 1,220 feet; thence east 198 feet; thence north along the west line of Main Street 1.220 feet to the place of beginning. AND INCLUDING the West half of Block 37 and the East half of Block 36, Plat B. Cedar Ce-dar City Town Survey. The property to be assessed is all the property abutting upon MAIN STREET in Cedar City, Utah on both sides between 200 North Street and Center Street, and the improvement is in what is designated as Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter and Street Lighting District No. III. Notice is also given that the lists of all property to be assessed asses-sed have been completed and that the Board of Equalization and Review as appointed by the City Council of Cedar City, Utah and composed of J. L. Fakler. M. F. Grames and Frank Milne, Councilmen, will meet on the 19th day of July, 1951 and will continue in session for said day and the following two days be tween the hours of 10:00 a. m. and 5:00 p. m. in the City Courtroom Court-room of the City and Countv Building in Cedar City, Utah and will hear and consider any objections ob-jections to said assessment and will make any corrections of any proposed assessment which said Board may deem unjust or inequitable. in-equitable. Notice is further given that during the time between the date hereof and the final day of the meeting of the Board of' Equalization Equali-zation and Review, the assessment assess-ment lists will be open to public Inspection between the hours of 9:00 a. m. and 5:00 p. m. of each day at the City Engineer's office In the City and County Building in Cedar City, Utah.
