McCON-NELL, McCON-NELL, a single man, deceased, and including GEORGE McCON-NELL McCON-NELL and MRS GEORGE Mc-CONNEL, Mc-CONNEL, his wife; MARGARET McCONNELL, ESTHER M. CROFT, ELI McCONNELL and MRS. ELI McCONNELL, his wife; JOHN McCONNELL and Mrs. JOHN McCONNELL, his wife; JANE M. DUTTON, DELIGHT M. YOUNG, and all unknown heirs of the said William M. McCon-nell, McCon-nell, deceased, and all other persons per-sons unknown, claiming any right, title or interest in or lien upon the real property described in the plaintiff's complaint or clouding his title thereto. Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Orville Isom, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bank of Southern Utah Building, Cedar City, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons sum-mons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This is an action to quiet in the plaintiff the title to the hereinafter here-inafter described real property and decreeing that none of the above defendants have any right, title or interest in and to said property, which is described as follows: The south half of Section 10, Township 31 South, Range 12 West, S.L.B. & M. The northwest quarter; the west half of the northeast quarter, the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 31 South, Range 11 West. S.L.B. & M. ORVILLE ISOM. Attorney for plaintiff, Cedar City, Utah. (July 12, 19, 2G; Aug. 2, 1931) which the Southeast Corner of Section 25, Township 36 South, Range 14 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, bears South 8754' East 1745.3 feet distant, running thence North 69" 14' West 570.3 feet to Corner No. 2; identical with Corner No. 3 of Lot No. 45, Chesapeak Lode; thence North 35 58' East 915.6 feet to Corner No. 3; thence South 69" 14' East 6.0 feet to Corner No. 4; thence South 0 37' West 941.3 feef to Cor-ner Cor-ner No. 1 and place of beginning. Containing 5.845 Acres, excluding therefrom the conflicts with Lot No. 45, Chesapeak Lode, and Survey Sur-vey No. 7227, Monta Rose No. 1 Lode. Area claimed and applied for: 5.785 acres, said Monta Rose Fraction lode mining claim being of record in the office of the Recorder of said mining district at Parowan in Iron County, Utah. The nearest known locations being the adjoining ad-joining Duluth Mine, Duluth Number Five, Chesapeak and Monta Rose No. 1 Lodes. I direct that this notice be published in the Iron County Record at Cedar City, Utah, the newspaper published nearest the said mining claim, for the period per-iod of nine consecutive weeks.
