Show Leaders in Batting Averages Change in League Walt Forester, who was the leading batter in the Cedar City softball league last week, dropped drop-ped out of the top hitters this week, along with Nolan Stokes, who was tied for third, and Denton Den-ton Bauer, who was in seventh place last week. Donald Milne, who was in fourth place last week climbed into the lead with 10 hits in 17 times at bat for a .588 average. Art Jones, Bradshaw Chevrolet company catcher, who was not among the leaders last week climbed into second place with 7 trips in 12 trips to the plate. Gordon Sargent is the other new-cover new-cover to the top six. LaMar Clark improved his average from .538 to .563, but dropped to third place. Alma Garrett moved from sixth to fourth and Bob Sterling dropped from fifth to sixth. The batting averages of the six leading hitters in the league, including only those who have been at bat at least 12 times, are reported by Bevan Bradshaw, association as-sociation secretary, as follows: Player Team Donald Milne, Brad.
