Show YOUNG REPUBLICANS FILE THEIR ARTICLES The Young Men's Republican club yesterday tiled articles of Incorporation Incorpora-tion In the office of'the County Clerk. The objects of the organization, as set forth in the articles, are to defend Republican Re-publican principles, to uphold and encourage en-courage pure and patriotic government, govern-ment, of unqualifiedly supporting the nominees of tho Republican party, and of providing social relaxation for Its members. Tho principal office of the corporation shall be at Salt Lake City. It Is provided that ten members shall be necessary' to constitute a quorum at any annual or special meeting, and that the regular annual meeting shall be held on the first Tuesday In December of each year. The officers nre: Parley P. Chrlstensen, president; J. J. Meyers, Mey-ers, vice-president: J. L. May, secretary; secre-tary; Horace H. Smith, treasurer. The executive committee Is as follows; C. S. Buckwalter, First ward; Fred W. Price, Second ward; J; Parley White, Third, ward; Dana T. Smith, Fourth ward, and W. J. Leaker, Fifth ward. |
