Show Knocked Out of a Bnggy. Mrs. John Wardrobe,' Jr., and her four children were riding along South Temple street this morning in a light buggy, and when near the Tithing office corner the buggy was run into from behind and the children pitched out into the mud. The accident was occasioned by the breaking away of a team which had been detached from a load of hay. The horses in breaking loose from their tethering got awkwardly separated sep-arated and mixed up in their harness, and in coming in contact with Mrs. Wardrobe's Ward-robe's buggy separated, going one on each side. This completely pulled off the top of the buggy and swept several of the children out upon the ground in a most remarkable manner. Nobody was very badly hurt, but all received scratches, bruises, and a terrible scare. |
