Show Humors of Deposing Parnell. Dublin, February 9. Messrs. Healy and Biggar have arrived at Galway to support Mr. Lynch against Mr. O'Shea, Mr. Par-nell's Par-nell's nominee in the Parliamentary contest in that county. Mr. Healy, in a speech tonight, to-night, said that the Nationalist party had not been consulted in regard to the nomination nomina-tion of O'Shea, and that almost every member mem-ber of the party would lose a hand rather than support an "odious Whig intriguist." Mr. Healey's speech was considered by some persons as a threat to depose Mr. Parnell from the leadership of the Irish party. Nationalist members of Parliament were in session here throughout the day. Numerous telegrams were exchanged with Mr. Parnell. |
