Show ' i r 7 j 1 Patrick rites held Tues. Edith Eleanor Smith Patrick, 93 , passed away Thursday, May 21, 1987 in Bountiful following a short illness. She was born Jan. 3, 1894 in Salt Lake City to Pres. Joseph F. and Juliana Lambson Smith. She graduated gra-duated from LDS High School and received the kindergarten certificate certifi-cate at the University of Utah. She married William Thorn Patrick Pat-rick Jan. 1, 1918 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death May 31, 1969. She was always active in the LDS Church, holding many positions, posi-tions, seminary teacher, Relief Society teacher. Gleaner teacher, stake Primary president, and served on the Primary General Board for 20 years. She was a member of the Ensign Camp of the DUP. She served on the board of directors at Primary Children's Hospital. She is survived by her sons and daughters, Joseph F. and Ethel Patrick, Mary and Leroy Ostler, all of Bountiful; Eleanor and George G. Richards, Cottonwood Heights; ED1TH ELEANOR SMITH PATRICK Trilva M. Patrick, Salt Lake City. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert S. Patrick. Also survived by 19 grandchildren, grandchil-dren, 32 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; sister, Marjorie S.Brown, Salt Lake City. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 26 at noon in the Ensign LDS Ward under the direction direc-tion of Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary. Interment in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
