Show Bountiful resident to head foundation BOUNTIFUL -- A Bountiful man has been named head of the LDS Church's development and I charitable giving foundation. D. Ross Dredge, who lives with his wife Sandra and three children , in Bountiful, has been named man- tj aging director of the LDS Founda- tion. "The purpose of the foundation is to teach people of the church's tremendous needs and to help them to give," he said, ranging from funds for scholarships to the BYU . Jerusalem Center and the EzraTaft Benson Agriculture and Food In-1 In-1 stitute. Mr. Dredge has worked for the LDS Church since 1969. Assignments Assign-ments have included director of administrative services at the church's data center, personnel . representative, director of international interna-tional personnel and compensation and benefits director. In addition, he has served as personnel per-sonnel director for the church's materials management department and worked on special assignment at the foundation since January, 1985. A Utah native, he is a graduate of the University of Utah, earning a bachelor's degree in marketing. |
