Show Photography workshop for kids set June 9-13th Center are: Children's drawing class Mondays and Wednesdays, 2:30-4:30 p.m.; and Children's Creativity Project Tuesdays and Thursdays. 10 a.m. to noon. These two classes will run June 2-19. Registration for summer children's chil-dren's classes is under way now at the Bountiful-Davis Art Center. A Children's Photography Workshop, for ages 8-15, is being sponsored by the Bountiful-Davis Art Center, 2175 S. Main, Bountiful. Bounti-ful. Participants will meet for five consecutive mornings the week of June 9-13 from 10 a.m. to noon. John Schaefer will instruct students stu-dents in the basic principles of camera use and operation, but the primary focus of the workshop is the development of the mental and visual skills necessary to select a photographic subject. Concepts such as the relationship between picture and reality, perspective, point of view, color and context will be explored in a way designed to sharpen the senses and foster artistic expression. The workshop uses Polaroid One-Step cameras due to their ease of operation, while at the same time offering the possibility of producing pro-ducing photographs of the highest caliber with SX-70 film. Camera and film will be provided each student. stu-dent. Cost for the workshop is $35 plus a $10 materials fee to cover film and mounting of photographs for exhibit.
