Show S. H. Stake Primary BoardHolds Fall Meet Ready to begin their year's work are the members of the Sugar House Stake Primary board. 1949-'50 presidency includes: in-cludes: Clara Chase, nresident- ganist, and Minnie Patten, Dora Brough, Elva Anderson, Vera Hoggan, Mae Larson, Opal Davis, Dorcas Record, Mary Johnson, and Evelyn Naisbett, board members. These officers along with the I board members from Park Stake met at the Granite Stake house on Saturday for their fall convention. con-vention. Two members from the general board, Mrs. Adele Low-ry Low-ry and Mrs. Florence Richards were the speakers at the meet. Arlene Bell and Bessie Meredith, Mere-dith, counselors; Katherine Smith, secretary; Cora Winkler, chorister; Kathryn Kelsey, or- in every state fair on the east coast for the past 10 years. Leaps Into Tank His ride down a small encline 150 ft. long on a bicycle, and his leap for life into a 16 ft. tank with the water only three feet deep, is the most dramatic and sensational performance of our times. He is riding at 60 miles an hour when he makes this terrific leap, and it must be ex-. ex-. act so that he does not overshoot over-shoot the tank. |
