Show Evans Named 'Most Popular' EMC Bishop "Most popular Bishop" is the title held by Edmund M. Evans, 14S8 East 3045. South, bishop of the Cummtings LDS Ward. Affable, the dark-haired bishop bish-op won the distinction as most popular bishop of East Mill Creek in competition with five other bishops in a fund-raising contest 'held in connection with the stake carnival at East Mill Creek Park. . He walked away with some 17.600 votes. Mr. Evans, a plumbing contractor con-tractor by trade, is 33 years old and father of one child. He is a sports enthusiast with particular particu-lar interest in basketball, baseball, base-ball, fishing and hunting. |
