Show BYU Names Fund Appeal Heads Merrill D. Clayson, principal, Granite Seminary has been appointed ap-pointed a member of the finance policy committee for the "Diamond "Dia-mond Anniversary" Fund Appeal Ap-peal being launched next month by the Alumni Association of Brigham Young University. Nationwide Appeal Organized on a -nationwide basis, the appeal is being launched to provide both union building and dormitory facilities facili-ties to serve future students at the university, according to Paul S. Dixon of Sal Lake City, general chairman. As a member mem-ber of the committee Mr. Clay-son Clay-son will assist other business and educational leaders in directing di-recting the large-scale fund plan. When the appeal gets under way in September a total of 1000 volunteer workers will i participate actively throughout the country, Mr. Dixon said.. |
