OCR Text	Show Stenquist named stake pres. LAYTON The Layton Utah Holmes Creek LDS Stake was recently re-cently reorganized and a new stake presidency was sustained. Floyd Stenquist is the new stake president. His counselors are Paul G. Sharp and Thomas Pratt. Released as stake president was Lynn Wood and his counselors Ron Johns and Ralph Harding. President Wood was called as a mission president. His specific assignment will come later. The change in stake leadership caused reorganization in some of the wards within the stake. The new bishop of the Layton 32nd Ward is Roger Bean. Sustained as the bishop of the 21st Ward was Donald Burton. This reorganization took place at the stake conference of the Holmes Creek Stake held Feb. 7 in the Ogden LDS Tabernacle. The business busi-ness was conducted under the direction of LDS Church General Authority James E. Faust.
