Morrill Vernal Group Gives Program Speakers at Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday evening were Jean Hodkisson, Ora Fay Wardle, Lawrence Wardle and Harmon Sowards all of Vernal. Special musical numbers were: A piano solo "Mediation," Ora Fay Wardle, and a song "Come Oh Thou King of Kings" by the choir. I Bishop and Mrs. Darrell Goodrich Good-rich and family returned home Sunday from a week's vacation to Carthage, 111. They followed the Mormon Trail from Illinois back into Salt Lake City. Orson Harvey son of James Harvey has recently received a medical discharge from the U. S. Navy. He is home in Tri-dell Tri-dell for the present. Mrs. Luana Oman is home with her parents for the present as her husband left Tuesday for California where he is to be stationed with the Army. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Goodrich of Washington, and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Goodrich of Long Beach are visiting home and enjoying the deer hunt. Mr. and Mrs. Val Ross and family of Salt Lake City spent the weekend visiting and hunting. hunt-ing. Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence Wardle and Ora Fay of Vernal were I dinner guests Sunday at the I home of Mr. and Mrs. Dellis Morrill. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Goodrich and Mrs. Ethel Goodrich visited Thursday in Provo. Mr. . and Mrs. Rae Goodrich were in Salt Lake City Thurs. Ivan and Dellis Morrill returned re-turned Wednesday of last week from Long Beach where they spent a few days visiting with IDeLoy Morrill in the Veterans Hospital Mr and Mrs. Dewey McCon-kie McCon-kie and son George of Salt Lake City enjoyed a visit and the deer hunt here over the week end. , . ., Lloyd Morrill of Provo visited visit-ed home this week. Mr and Mrs. Charles Glines and family, George Harvey, Max Warren, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Goodrich, Mrs. Lynne Benson, Vella Rasmussen, and Frank Morrill attended the farewell party Monday night at Boneta for Orlan Oman who entered the Army. Mrs. James Harvey and Sheila recently returned from Provo where they spent two weeks, visiting with Mr. and Mrs. M. Bartlett and family. Louise Wilson, small daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs., Ben Wilson, who has been in Odgen attending attend-ing Kindergarten and living with an Aunt, returned home last week. Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Jones and family of Lehi visited in Tri-dell Tri-dell Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Morrill. Mr. and Mrs. Don Hughes and family of Salt Lake City visited over the weekend at the John T. Wilson home. Wallace Harvey of Salt Lake City visited this week in Tri-dell. |
