Show Duchesne County Fair Notes And Bits Of News All judging for the 1951 Duchesne County Fair will be done by officials who have been named by the Utah State Fair I Association and the Utah State Agricultural College. FAIR Premium lists for the Duchesne Du-chesne County Fair will be mailed directly to Duchesne county residents, fair board officials of-ficials announced this week. Advertising in the 1951 premium prem-ium book is being printed at the front and back of the booklet, book-let, thus leaving space in the middle of the premium list for instructions and rules of the different departments for fair entries. Thus, general rules and departmental rules are compiled so that the exhibitor may easily find the rules applying to his exhibit. Those who do not receive the premium book through the mail may obtain one by making their request to any official of the Fair at Duchesne or at the County Coun-ty Agent's office in Roosevelt. FAIR Entries in all departments at the 1951 Duchesne County Fair, scheduled for August 24-25. will be accepted all day Thursday August 24, and until 10 a. m. I Friday, when- entry gates will be closed to allow the judges to make their decisions of exhibit winners. FAIR No entry blanks are being required for placing an exhibit in the 1951 Duchesne County Fair. Only identification cards for the exhibit will be prepared by clerks when the exhibit is being entered at the exhibit building. FAIR Allen Bond, grounds supervisor super-visor for the Duchesne County Fair, reports that construction of the exhibit building at the fairgrounds in Duchesne is well underway by the Young Farmers Farm-ers and by other citizens who are donating their time and labor. la-bor. Officials of the Fair are planning to use this new building build-ing to house the exhibits for the 1951 Duchesne County Fair, to be held August 24 and 25. FAIR |
