Show Mrs. Mable Jenkins Carolyn Lambert Dies In California Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Lambert have received word that Mr Lambert's mother, Mrs. Caroline Caro-line Lambert, had died Tuesday evening-, Jan. 22, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louis O' Brien, in San Mateo, California. Here to attend the funeral services, held Sunday, were Jack Lambert and son, Walter, of Ogden; Mrs. Ethel Riley, of Po-1 catello, Idaho; Mrs. Helen Pills-1 bury, of Phoenix, Arizona; Mrs. Erma Swensen, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Edwards, of j Salt Lake City. Mr. Edwards, a neighbor to Mrs. Lambert when she was living, in Sal;. Lake City, was one of the speakers. speak-ers. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Warburtort and Glee visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Chandler, of Myton. Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Uresk and children, of Myton. visited Sunday with Mrs. Uresk's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Zack Kump. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Angus and children, of Roosevelt, visited with Mrs. Angus' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Kump, and family on Tuesday. Adrian Kump is driving tho Farm Creek school bus for Eli Smith. Lawrence Lee drove the school bus Thursday for Loyal Cox. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Chris-tensen Chris-tensen have moved into the Art Powell home in town. Mr. and Mrs. David Jenkins were in Roosevelt Tuesday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Tayloi were in Vernal Thursday on business. Boyd Winn, Thelma Winn and Lillie Bigelow were in Vernal Monday. Boyd brought his wife and baby home from the county hospital in Vernal. Ronald Cook, of Roosevelt, was in town Thursday on business. busi-ness. Mr. and Mrs. Junior Stubb;; spent the week With Mrs. Stubbs' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins. I Mrs. Wanda Rich has return-led return-led from Vernal, where she had been staying with her daughter and son-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Massey, and her first grandson. Lizzie Nielson and LaSalle Nielson were in Vernal Monday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Burton were in Vernal Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Horrocks have purchased the Frank Jenkins Jen-kins farm. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins have purchased the home of Lizzie Nielson. Mr. and Mrs. Junior Stubbs and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins visited with Mr. and Mrs. Richie Stubbs Monday evening of last week. Loyal Cox took a bus load of high school students to Vernal Friday night to the basketball game. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hatch and children, of Vernal, have moved into the Art Taylor home south of town. Mrs. Twila Neilson and son. Mrs. Betty Sorrals and son. of Roosevelt, visited their mother, Mrs. Vera Bigelow, and family, Sunday. They attended Sunday school while here. Kenneth Huber spent the week end home with his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Huber. He is attending U S A C at Logan. Lo-gan. Mr. and Mrs. Charley Bigelow Bige-low visited with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Taylor, of Bridgeland, last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Steven Perrj' and son Dale, spent last Sunday i with Mr. and Mrs. Thurmer I Rasmussen and Davis, and with Mrs. Perry's mother, Mrs. Mary Glines. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Glines and children, of Vernal, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Thurmer Rasmussen and Darris, and witn Mr. Glines' mother. Mrs. Mary Glines. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Trujillo and family, of Ogden. visited over the week end with Mrs. Trujillo's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Merrell Rasmussen and family, and were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Harvey and family, at Tridell. ( Speakers at Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday evening were Elders Roger Barker and Lynn Mur-dock, Mur-dock, of Vernal. Mrs. Carolyn Thompson is visiting her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Yack, and sons, at Neola. Milton Wooley went to Salt Lake City during the week. |
