Show UTAHNS PROVE THAT THEY LIKE ICE CREAM. Utah manufactured 2,714,000 , gallons of ice cream last year enough to dip 132 ice cream cones for each man, woman and child in the state, according to a report just released by the U. S. Bureau of Agricultural economics. In addition to ice cream averaging av-eraging 4 gallons per capita the state manufactured 638,000 gallons of sherbet, frosted malts, and frozen custards, the report continued. Throughout the nation', production pro-duction of ice cream dropped 20 per cent below the peak in 1946, and creamery butter manufacture man-ufacture was the Second lowest yearly record since 1922, |
