Show Jaycees Hear Hughes Brockbank Hughes Brockbank, national Vice-president of the Jaycees, was principal speaker Saturday night at the Roosevelt Jaycees' inaugural banquet, held at the Frontier grill. A crowd of about 62 were present, Mr. Brockbank dwelt on the necessity of the Jaycees in American life, and told of his experiences in Germany and Mexico at the International Jay-cee Jay-cee convention, Other speakers on the program pro-gram were Bob Ferron. newly elected president; Mayor Homer P. Edwards, and Al Bowden, president of the Vernal Jaycees. Jay-cees. Johnnie J. . Cook was toast-master. toast-master. Both the Roosevelt and Vernal Ver-nal chapters were well represented repre-sented at the meeting. |
