Show Gusher Stella . Underwood.. . Receives Army Discharge Pvt. Geen Keene, who has been honoryabl discharged from the army is home visiting his grandmother, Mrs. Mary Keene. Geen has been stationed with the 31st Infantry Division, Camp Atterbury, Ind. Word was received from Sgt. Neal H. Dombaard, who is doing do-ing border patrol in Germany, that he is to receive a two weeks tank schooling on the new, T-41 army tank. Alex Dovall and Hyrum Dom-gaard Dom-gaard attended the annual Mos-by Mos-by Irrization Co. stockholders meeting in Lapoint, Saturday afternoon. Miss Dorothy Arnold, of Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, spent the weekend visiting visit-ing her parents. She has employment em-ployment in Roosevelt. Mrs. Robina Ferguson has returned re-turned to her home here after spending two weeks visiting in Idaho and Salt Lake City. Her son, Scott, brought her home on Friday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Virg Criviston, of Salt Lake City, spent the weekend visiting at the Al Sem-kens Sem-kens home. There was no Sunday School or services at the Gusher LDS ward on account of conference in Roosevelt. Those visiting at the Alex Ru-vall Ru-vall home the past week were their daughter, Mrs. Mildred Long and daughter, Kathleen, of Vernal; Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Duvall and children, of Salt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. Neldon Duvall, of Salt Lake City, Orin accompanied his brother, Neldon, home to visit a few days. Also visiting at the Duvall home were Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Burke, of Iona, Idaho, and Mrs. Jesse Burke, of Vernal. The Burke ladies are sisters of Mrs. Lucy Duvall, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Vir-gil Burke came in from Idaho to attend the Myron Roberts funeral. |
